Clive Martin
Managing Director
Clive founded CMCL (sometimes known as 'CMCL Media') after 17 fantastic years at EY - nine as a Partner. He has created, shaped and delivered new and inter-disciplinary services for clients to meet a broad range of business needs from strategy, risk management and governance, to large-scale change programs and blended digital learning and communication initiatives.
He took overall responsibility for all services EY provided to particular clients in London, New York and Zurich and he also had management responsibility for several businesses within EY with different leadership and operational needs.
Prior to joining EY, Clive gained 10 years experience with WillisTowersWatson and the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company.
Clive has a passion for strategy, people and risk management and regularly writes topical articles on LinkedIn.

I really enjoyed being interviewed for this podcast.  Although it's just over 30 mins long, we were able to get into some good stuff. We discussed agile risk management within the context of risk management more broadly.  A client who listened to the podcast contacted me to say that they had enjoyed the podcast as they "seldom experience such a richness of discussion".  It's sometimes great feedback like that which makes it all worthwhile!
